Should I charge a $1 for a bottle of soda and a hot dog at a grand re-opening?

We moved our bisiness to new location and we are having a grand re-opening. It is a high performance car shop. We are also having door prizes ,50/50 and most horsepower prize. Along with 2 dyno pulls for $35, normally $100. For those who dont know what a dyno is it measure the cars horsepower and tourqe! So should I charge for the food and drinks?

I recently went to an Ace Hardware grand re-opening – a hot dog and a bag of chips was $3.
