Dog Food Equipment

Budget for week long event and food ideas?

How much would you charge per head for a 7 day Harry Potter themed festival? 6/7 days I will need to provide food, snacks, and drinks for about 30 people, the other day will be a pot luck. Not looking to make a profit – just wholesale for food. The movies and video equipment are already covered and we don’t need to collect money for this, just food.

What would be some cheap food ideas? I’m likely going to get a 6 ft sub one day, pizza another day, and cook burgers/hot dogs one day. What else can be done?

Thanks so much!

Maybe you should do Harry Potter themed first of all – Hogwarts did not serve pizza and subs.

I also think its kind of weird that you’re inviting people to a party then charging them for it.

In the long run it would be cheaper for you to do foods you could use twice – so maybe one day do a ham, roast, turkey (like the huge feasts they have in HP) and then another day do some kind of salad or sandwiches using the meat again.

You could do one day as a dessert only day and set things up like Honeydukes, with candies and sweets everywhere and just tell people to eat before they come that day.

If you’re not going to do HP food then, lasanga and salad, garlic bread, baked mac n cheese with ham, soups, meatballs for pasta or subs, chili and corn bread,
