Dog Food Poison Death

Rat poison in dog/catfood caused the deaths and recent recall of petfood! Who’s responsible?

CNN just reported that they found RAT POISON in the dog/catfood which is probably (yeah, probably) what caused the deaths. Um, ya think? Who should be responsible? And how should they compensate those who have 1K+ pet bills, or worse, dead pets?
