Dog Food Wet
Acceptable wet dog food brands for puppies?
Hi!
I plan to mix a little wet food into my puppy’s dry food occasionally because she is a picky eater at times. She eats her dry food, but it’s a little too hard to crunch on. However, if I moisten it with a bit of water, she seems to be turned off by it. So maybe adding a small bit of flavor to the softened dry food with encourage her to eat properly.
I also plan to brush her teeth to keep them healthy, as I read that wet food can cause build-up on the teeth….
Can you suggest a good quality wet food? One without a bunch of by-products and cheap ingredients? I don’t care how much it costs; she’s tiny and doesn’t require a lot of food daily anyhow.

I have a 6 year old who is the pickest eater alive. When he was on cheap store brand dog food (kibbles n bits and mighty dog) he wouldnt eat his food unless I put some of OUR dinner in it. But when I got my Doxie pup I knew things HAD to change with their nutrition.

I have 1 bag of Innova Adult dry and cans of Innova Adult wet and mix those two together .. set it down for 15 minutes so the dry isnt so ‘crunchy’ and let him eat. This is the first time in 6 years that he hasnt eaten ANY of our dinner!
