Hills Cat Food Scare

Cat stuck in tree?

it’s not my cat but my parents. she’s about 7-8 year old coon cat that’s going on day 4 in a tree. it’s up too high for us to get a ladder. My parents have tried lurring her down with food and even tried throwing food up to her to eat. my dad even tried to shoot bb’s near her (not at her or my mom would kill him) to scare her down. It’s getting really cold at night and we’re afraid she might die up there. We thought about calling the fire department but the tree is up on a hill and we don’t know if they can even get a ladder up there.

I would wait. The cat WILL eventually come down when it is cold, tired, hungry, etc.
