Kirkland Dog Food Quality
Best Dog Food for the price? —german shepherd—?
So I have 4 dogs ranging from 40-80 lbs. They used to eat Purina, I know trash food, and for the last few months now they have been getting Kirkland Lamb & Rice, and the Chicken Rice. They all seem to love it, and their stool is fine, but my 2 yr old German Shepherd has HORRENDOUS Gas! I have been reading some other customer reviews on the Kirkland and they say their dogs have gas, so yeah. Can anyone recommend a ‘better’ quality dog food that isn’t ridiculously expensive? Right now we’re paying $23 for a 40lb bag and we normally get a bag every other week. Any suggestions? It has to come in large bags, she eats the most out of all our dogs.

My GSD mix eats Taste of the Wild. From Bob’s link, its a 6 star food, yet its pretty cheap compared to the other 6 star foods. I bought 30ish pounds for $40 a few weeks ago. It has all the good ingredients and such in it as well, but the dogfoodanaylis site will show you that. Good luck!
