Lassie Dog Food Natural Way
Have you ever fed Natural Way Lassie dog kibble?

I picked up a 5-lb bag when I found ants had gotten into my dog’s old bag of food! Only grocery stores were open at the time, so I went with Lassie Lamb Meal n Rice because it seemed to be the best option.
yeah i was thinking at least there isn’t any corn, wheat, soy, by-products, etc.
well, looking at the ingredients, meat is only listed as one item at the beginning, then a list of grains. i don’t like grains.
I do not agree with flaxseed (which dogs can’t break down anyway) or canola oil (causes heart disease) for dogs.
beet pulp= cheap sugary filler
what is “natural flavors”???? what’s that consist of and why? suspicious. Their glossary def says “flavored from plants, fruits, and vegetables” but why? no nutrition whatsoever.
at least no BHT/BHA.
so, temporary because you have no choice, i’;d say it’s ok, but it’s hardly got any meat at all. Just lamb meal and chicken fat. No awful chemicals i guess though,make it better than a lot in groceries..
