Nutro Dog Food Recalled

Recent Nutro food recall and not my dog has….?

She has a wheat allergy and was on nutro herring rice and potato but got crystals in her bladder, how do i get rid of them i noticed them in her urine she is also developing bald spots on her hips, also does anyone know a decent food that’s not going to get recalled or cause problems.
